This product is PPG 579 2K two pack fast drying, high gloss, hard finish industrial coating product.

The key features of using PPG 579 is -

• Excellent exterior durability, highly resistant to yellowing and chalking.
• Good UV resistance – contains UV absorbers.
• Resistant to a wide range of chemicals and cleaning agents
• Excellent abrasion resistance.
• Excellent heat resistance: 110C continuous

PPG 579 Caprithane is suitable for a wide variety of end uses where a durable, tough, chemical resistant finish is required – trucks, buses, machinery, excavators etc.

What’s included in the kits?

1L = 1L RAL Mixed Colour + 250ml Hardener

4L = 4L RAL Mixed Colour + 1L Hardener

20L = 20L RAL Mixed Colour + 5L Hardener

Theoretical Coverage - Approximately 10.5 sq. m/litre @ 40µm (keep in mind that practical coverage rates may be slightly lower)

Colours are also available in Fast Drying Enamel, Basecoat Clearcoat & a variety of other systems to suit your application.
